KTA is a national public transit system. There will be customer service, KTA Security, and SMS for bus time points. There will also be a web site, and an email address for the customer to use. The information is as follows:

Telephone lines will be supported for voice, and RCS/SMS services. For example, an hearing impaired rider will be able to send an RCS message to Customer Service, and will get a communication back. Contacting KTA Security will be just as easy since there will be someone that would be able to address issues immediately.
Every bus stop will have a 7 digit number. The first 2 numbers are the county designation, and the remaining 5 digits is the bus stop ID. Sending an SMS to the bus route times with the stop ID will return a listing of all of the buses that would serve that bus stop within the next hour. This gives the patron the knowledge they need to get to where they need to go. Calling the Bus Route Times number will be done through an automated system – therefore freeing up customer service so they can address other issues.
There will also be an app from KTA to provide immediate information on bus times, and will even show up to 5 routes at one time for showing where the buses are located at. This app will also have contact links for the information above.
